Jared Martin, a National Guardsman who served in Iraq and Kuwait, and a concealed weapons holder wasn’t about to let a burglary suspect who was in the process of robbing him the second time, get away.

When Martin awoke around 3am, he grabbed his gun and went to investigate a possible noise in his garage.

That’s when he saw a bag that was previously stolen from his home hanging from a nearby bicycle.

Martin located a nearby man on his property and ordered him at gunpoint to come into the light of the garage.

The suspect reportedly said he couldn’t go back to jail and then ran off.

Martin, who has lost hundreds of dollars of items to theft, wasn’t about to let him get away.

He chased down the suspect, grabbed him by his hoodie and dragged him back to the home, where he then held him at gunpoint until police arrived.

The suspect was arrested by police and is being charged in multiple thefts in the area.

This is another defensive gun use in which no shots were fired, no one was hurt, and the bad guy ended up behind bars.
