TX Store Owner Shoots and Kills Would Be Robber Armed With Toy Gun

The owner of a smoke shop in Harris County, TX shot and killed a would be armed robber late last night.
According to KHOU.com, The owner of the store said the would-be robber held a gun to his clerk’s head and demanded money.
The clerk grabbed a loaded gun from under the counter and shot the suspect twice. The suspect ran into the parking lot, where he collapsed and died.
The clerk got the gun after a neighboring TMobile Store was robbed by three gunmen recently.
In almost all states armed robbery can be committed without the suspect having an actual weapon.
