NJ Teachers Union Backs Bill to Create More “Gun Free Zones”

The NJ teachers union has backed a measure that would see more “gun free zones” aka defenseless victim zones in the state.

In addition to that measure the teacher’s union also supports a measure to prevent their pension fund from investing money into any gun companies (despite the fact that many gun stocks are up 10-30% over the last year).

NJEA Vice President Wendell Steinhauer called the legislation “common sense.”
