The Maryland House passed a gun control bill with minor changes from the state senate version that had already been passed.

The house and senate will have to work out the differences before next Monday for the bill to pass.

It is expected for that to happen as both legislatures are in general agreement.

It looks like the bill will include magazine capacity restrictions, a ban on certain types of semi automatic guns, and a fingerprint requirement for getting a license to carry.

It’s looking like Maryland might be getting a new set of Draconian gun laws joining states such as New York, California, and Illinois.
