According to, a man in NY has become the first victim of New York’s draconian new gun laws. One of which forbids someone from loading more than 7 rounds into a gun magazine, even if it can hold more.

The gun in questions was a a Smith and Wesson semi-automatic .40 caliber handgun, which police say was legally possessed.

The man was also driving under a suspended license.

According to,

He was charged with Unlawful Possession of Certain Ammunition Feeding Devices and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, both misdemeanors.

The man was originally pulled over for inadequate illumination of his license plate.

Could be a test case of how constitutional this new law really is…
