Woman in Indiana Exchanges Shots With Violent Home Invader, Scaring Him Off

A would be home invader burst into an occupied home in Indianapolis, IN and fired a shot at one of the residents inside.

A woman who was sleeping inside the home, drew a gun from her purse and opened fire on the suspect.

One of the people inside the house was injured during the incident and the home invader escaped after being confronted by the woman with a gun.

Police are still investigating the incident.
