Take note criminals. Waffle Houses aren’t “soft targets” as it is common knowledge that legal gun carriers enjoy coffee and breakfast food.
A would be armed robber attempted to hold up an Atlanta area Waffle House over the weekend, but an armed customer turned the tables on him.
The customer drew their legally carried weapon and opened fire on the suspect, hitting them at least once.
The suspect was taken into custody by police and is being treated at an area hospital. The suspect’s condition is currently unknown.
No customers or employees were harmed in the incident. The incident happened at the 4300 block of Jonesboro Road just before 2 a.m.
