The owner of a convenience store in PA refused to be a victim when an armed man came into the store and began stealing money out of the register.

The owner’s wife was working at the counter when the attempted robbery took place.

The owner heard his wife scream and came from the back of the store armed with a gun.

The suspected armed robber fired a shot at the owner, but missed.

The owner returned fire, striking the suspect once in the chest and killing him.

Neither the owner nor his wife were injured.

Police do no expect any charges against the store owner and are calling this a case of self defense.
