An Oregon homeowner used his 12GA shotgun to defend his home after a suspected burglar came back to the home to burglarize it for the third time.
The suspect had just been released from jail hours before, due to overcrowding, for burglarizing the home.
This time the homeowner was having none of it.
When the suspect returned, the homeowner shot him once in the buttocks using a shotgun.
The suspect was secured by police and is receiving treatment at an area hospital.
It is unclear why the suspect keeps returning to this home.
The county DA suspects he may have mental issues or a severe substance abuse problem.

How convenient???? The Oregon DA, uses more excuses for this thugs behavior!! The predator should have been shot the first time, then the system wouldn’t have to keep letting him out of jail because it’s overcrowded!!! Now, the homeowner still has to worry because the PREDATOR, will be out of the hospital soon!! So sad!! What is our system doing??? They are making EXCUSES and protecting the THUGS, instead of our law abiding citizens!!
3rd time? Another news source reported that police confiscated the homeowner’s shotgun. Way to go, confiscate the victim’s shotgun and leave him defenseless.
That’s a tough break fella. Your ass just got released from the slammer and some guy nails it with load from his 12 ga.!!
