A 14 year old Phoenix, AZ boy who was at home with 3 younger siblings is a hero. When an armed home invader tried to break into the home through the front door, the teen got his siblings away from danger and retrieved his father’s handgun. As the intruder was coming through the door, the teen shot him. The would be home invader was critically wounded, but is expected to survive. The family is obviously very traumatized about the incident.
