A Houston, TX restaurant owner was the first on the scene at his restaurant after this burglar alarm went off. The owner was armed and confronted the 2 suspected burglars. The owner said he was tempted to shoot the suspects, but opted to call police instead. The would be burglars fled after being confronted by the armed owner.

Police are still looking for the suspects. This is another prime example of guns being used for self/property defense without a shot being fired.
