A TX homeowner with a license to carry a concealed gun came home just as two burglars happened to be leaving carrying property out of his home.
One of the would be thieves fled the scene, but one got into an altercation with the homeowner. During the altercation the homeowner drew his gun and shot the suspect.
The wounded suspect tried to flee the scene in his car but turned himself in a short time later.
