gun_stockHere’s another example showing that home invaders are traveling in packs more and more often nowadays.

In this case, a group of three would be home invaders posed as police officers in order to get a woman in East Point, Georgia to open her door just after midnight.

When the woman opened her door, the trio tried to push their way into the home. Fortunately, the woman had armed herself prior to opening the door.

She opened fire on the suspects, sending them fleeing.

According to local media reports,

“I heard three gunshots,” said neighbor Ramona Ferrell. “I knew it was gunshots. It was very close.”

A juvenile suspect was grazed on the head and the backside. He ran, but police caught up to him quickly.

“I just hope the boy is OK,” said the resident.

The two other men got away.
