TX Couple Shoot and Kill Violent Home Invader Who Assaulted Them

A TX couple was caught off guard when a man kicked in their door around 6pm, entered their home, and began assaulting them. The male resident managed to get to his handgun and fired several shots at the intruder. When police responded they found that the intruder had already died of the several gunshot wounds he received. The couple sustained minor injuries. The would be home invader did have a prior criminal record.

I hate to see someone die for being stupid, but am truly happy that the Texas couple prevailed!
p.s. if this happened in NJ they’d still be in jail.

Jeepers creepers couldn’t they have shot this poor boy/young man in the hand like the lone ranger used to do so many years ago??? It is getting so bad for the bros to Do Their Thing without getting capped…sure will be glad when the Stand Your Ground law goes away…….
Excuse me, but you cannot be in the least bit credible in these reports if you do not show where, when, how, who, and what, about the particulars of this story. Texas is rather large. This is like reporting that there are rocks on the Moon.

Idiot deserved justice
You people have no idea. Do you realize how hard it is to shoot to injure when you are being threatened? If someone broke into my house with intentions of robbery and nothing else, I would tell him that I was armed and to leave. If not, I would shoot him in the legs or gut.
However, if any son of a bitch threatened me or my family I would gun the bastard down where he stood.
Nuf said.

I do’nt really know–If you have never been there I’m not sure any
of us know—Nothing I own would cause me to die for it, nothing I
own would cause me to kill for it. But threaten me or my family and
you can kiss your ass goodbye.
