An armed man, described as being a Texas Southern University student, forced his way into an apartment near the school’s campus.
The would be intruder was armed and the resident of the apartment used his own weapon to shoot the intruder, killing him.
Police say the resident and the suspect did not know each other.
Police are questioning the resident and continuing their investigation.

w have had this happen here in sc and the crook went free after the hospital and the guy that own’d the house went to jail
