A PA tobacco store owner drew his concealed .40 caliber handgun after 3 men assaulted him with a knife. The men were upset about being carded over a tobacco purchase and began damaging property around the store. When the store owner confronted them, they became physical, with one of the men holding a knife to the store owner’s throat. That’s when the owner drew his concealed weapon and scared the men off.
