An Oregon homeowner opened fire on a burglar with a 12GA shotgun. However, rather than getting hit with the normal buckshot, deer slugs, or birdshot the burglar was hit by rubber bullets the homeowner keeps in the gun (followed by a standard shell, which was unfired). The suspect was later caught.
