One armed robber is dead and his accomplice is charged with his murder after the pair’s would be victim fought back.
The would be victim shot one of the men during an attempted armed robbery, killing him.

Too bad he didn’t get both of them.
Comments like this are a part of the reason why we (gun owners) are viewed negatively by others.
It is positive that this victim was able to protect himself, although we should not glorify anyone’s death. Ideally this victim would have been able to detain both suspects for arrest, and prosecution.
The criminal justice system will deal with the suspect charged with murder. Should the criminal justice system prove insufficient, then we, the voters must vote to change this at the next election.
Couldn’t agree more. Quit giving the gun-grabbers more ammunition against LAW ABIDING citizens. Think before you speak.
