An Ohio homeowner heard glass breaking in the middle of the night. After arming himself he confronted the suspected burglar, Victor Stubblefield Jr, in the hallway where he shot the intruder. The intruder is listed in serious condition at an area hospital and is being charged with aggravated burglary.

Thanks goodness the homeowner had access to a firearm!
I hope he doesn’t end up paying the hospital bill… it can be harder if a criminal survives. Our justice system is crazy sometimes.
Our CCW course taught 2 rounds, center mass, withdraw if able, assess threat, 2 more rounds, center mass. Give no statement to anyone for 24 hours and provide in writing through your attorney.
