Monroe, LA Resident Attacked With Hockey Stick Shoots His Attacker With Concealed Handgun

A resident of Monroe, LA was attacked by another man who repeatedly hit him with a hockey stick.

At some point, the victim was able to draw a concealed handgun and shoot his attacker, ending the assault.

Both the attacker and victim are in serious condition at an area hospital following the incident.

Police say they are still investigating the incident, but that it is a case of self defense.

We wish the victim a quick and full recovery.
