A homeowner in Idaho was awoke by his dog barking upstairs around 5am. The homeowner retrieved a firearm and went to investigate. He found a naked man in his upstairs bathroom. The homeowner told the intruder not to move while pointing the gun at him. The intruder then charged the homeowner who fired two shots, striking the suspect twice in the leg. The intruder then fled the home and was captured a short distance away by police (who had already been called by the homeowner’s 15 year old daughter).
