Homeowner in ND Confronts Burglar at 3:30am, Fires Shots, Scares Him Away

A homeowner in North Dakota found an intruder inside of his home around 3:30am on January 17th.

The homeowner confronted the suspect and managed to get him outside of the home.

The homeowner then fired a shot at the suspect just outside of the home.

The suspect was not hit, and fled the area.

The suspect was captured by police nearby and is being charged with several offenses.

While the suspect was not shot, he was treated for minor injuries sustained during the altercation with the homeowner.
