[Video] Concealed Carrier Stops Possible Mass Shooting at Construction Site in Texas

A fired construction worker returned to his former work site with a gun and opened fire on the foreman.
As we’ve seen in the past, these incidents rarely end with just one person being the target of a disgruntled employee (as we saw with the employee shooting at a FedEx location in GA).
Fortunately, in this case, the foreman was a licensed concealed carrier. He drew his own gun and opened fire on his former employee.
Both the employee and the foreman were shot during the exchange of gunfire, but both are currently alive and being treated at an area hospital.
The employee’s injuries are said to be potentially life threatening, with the foreman’s being described as serious.
There is a very strong chance that the disgruntled employee would not have ended his act of violence with the foreman. After all, someone who would commit murder in broad daylight isn’t thinking very clearly.
According to a local media report,
Police say the foreman has a Concealed Handgun License and was allowed to have the gun with him at work. Police say the suspect had recently returned to the site and had been threatening the foreman, so a police report was filed.
“I was actually driving in the area when I heard what sounded to be gunshots, but with the construction, I just assumed it was related to that,” said Senior Austin Police Officer Veneza Bremner.
Of course the media is reporting this incident as 2 people being the victim of “gun violence”
