According to KHOU.com, Authorities on Thursday released the names of two men charged in connection with a home invasion that involved sexual assaults and an abandoned murder plot.

A boy broke from his binding and grabbed a handgun that sent the suspects fleeing from the Webster home invasion, which started about 4:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 18400 block of Anne Drive.

The victims included a mother, her daughter, and juvenile son (who saved the day).

One suspect was charged with two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a woman and her daughter and with two counts of aggravated kidnapping, according to KHOU.com

The other was charged with two counts of aggravated kidnapping and one count of aggravated robbery.

We might not know 100% what the end goal of these two home invaders was, but we know it can’t be good. There is a good chance that boy saved multiple lives.

This is another great example of a defensive gun use in which no shots were fired, no one was hurt and the bad guys are in jail. Because of this, this story probably won’t make it into most statistics about defensive shootings.
