A gun carrier, Dennis Terry, in Athens, GA saw a man and woman struggling as he drove by on his way to the post office. Terry backed his SUV up to see what was going on. That’s when he saw the man punch the woman in the face so hard he could here the blow inside of his car. Terry grabbed his pistol and jumped out of the car. He ran at the attacker yelling for him to get down or he would shoot. Eventually the attacker, Samuel Tyrone Evans, let the woman go and fled. He was captured after a 5 hour manhunt in the area. He was found to be in possession of a firearm he stole from the victim’s vehicle.

Evans is described as a career criminal who has served nine prison sentences over the last 40 years. He was just released from prison less than 2 weeks ago after serving time on a drug related offense.

Career criminal…….. That is one way to say he can not be rehabilitated. So he would be considered some of the trash of the human race. Trash should be deal with appropriately. In his cause, they should let him live. If he can swim from the East coast somewhere to Europe.

“If he can swim from the East coast somewhere to Europe.”

Only if he sets off from the back of a C130 – without a ‘chute.

Seriously; whatever happened to the “three strikes” rule, as sociopaths with a past like this one should be either locked up for ever or better yet, euthenased.

Should have asked the woman if she was pro- or anti-gun. If the latter, holster the weapon and walk away.

I wonder if “Dennis Terry, in Athens, GA saw a man and woman struggling as he drove by on his way to the post office” is any relation to Postal Worker Thomas Glenn Terry of the Anniston, Alabama Shoney’s Family Restaurant NON-Massacre just 2 months after the Luby’s “Gun-Free Zone” Massacre?
