AL Homeowner Shoots Intruder as His Family Sleeps Nearby

An AL homeowner shot an intruder who tried to break into his home. The homeowner’s wife and children were sleeping just a few feet away from where the shooting took place. The suspect is in critical condition and the homeowner will not be charged with any crime.
