Don’t bring a knife to a gun fight.

A would be robber saw a 69 year old man working in his garage as he drove a stolen car through the CA neighborhood looking for a victim.

The robber then tried to rob the elderly homeowner at knife point. Unfortunately for the robber, the man was armed with a .38 caliber handgun and managed to shoot the would be robber twice in a struggle, including once in the buttocks.

The robber fled the area, but was found and captured nearby by police.
