Rules and Regulations for Classifieds

1. To post in the classifieds you must either have 50 quality posts (quality is determined by moderators) OR have a premium, paid membership. Your account should be able to access the classifieds within an hour or so of reaching 50 posts.

2. You must post a price, location, shipping/delivery details and an accurate item description.

3. Firearms sales between residents of different states MUST go through a valid FFL in the buyer's state of residence. Some states do allow for private sales of firearms between two residents of the same state. It is your responsibility to know your state's laws regarding the sale and transfer of firearms. Some states have restrictions on the ownership of certain firearms/accessories. It is the buyer's responsibility to know their state laws.

4. You agree to release this website and its owners from any and all liability regarding the sale and purchase of products in this forum. This is simply a place for buyers and sellers to meet. It is your responsibility to make sure all laws are followed and the product you are selling/buying is real, in working order, etc. Buyer beware - this forum can provide no assistance in the event that you feel ripped off.

5. While we can provide no recourse for a bad deal or if you are ripped off, please let us know if you are so we can possibly take action against the offending member and prevent that from happening to another member.

6. No price or product bashing in a for sale thread. If you don't like a price or item someone is selling, keep it to yourself. If you think someone has priced an item too high/low, you can let them know in a private conversation, but keep that out of their thread.

7. Pictures are not required but are strongly encouraged. There are numerous free image hosting sites on the web (we like Photo Bucket) to help you get your images online. Premium members can upload photos directly to the forum.

8. "To the top" or bumping your thread. You may "bump" your active thread once every 24 hours. This means you may reply to your own thread with the purpose of getting it to the top of the list only once per 24 hours. You may reply to actual questions/comments on your thread anytime, but replying simply to move your listing to the top of the list is limited to once a day.

9. Sold Items - Please mark your item as sold when it's no longer for sale.

10. Check private conversations regularly. If you are going to list an item here be prepared to check your messages at least once a day and try to reply in a timely manner.

11. No dealers in this section. This is a member to member classified section.

If you do no agree with all rules listed above you cannot use this forum. Using this forum implies that you agree to all rules listed above.
