Ironic. The president's poorly-concealed hostility to our right to keep and bear arms actually helps the economy, and a better economy could help him be re-elected. He would then gain more time to do hostile things to our right to keep and bear arms, and could do so without the need to conceal that hostility.

The more people owning guns, the harder it will be for them to be confiscated by ObaMao. You think 12 million illegal aliens are hard to get ride of, try disarming American gun owners!

I was considering the same thing when I read the article. They don't dare show their intentions too soon because they know they'll be voted out if they do, but when they do start to act...they have a long way to go.

There's an estimated 300 million citizen owned guns in the United States. Let's see the government find them all.

Any anti-gun program put forth by BHO would have to take place in the last two years of his term, otherwise the Dems would get wiped out in the off year election. By the time he gets to his last two years he's a bonified, certified lame duck and it would not be all that difficult to hold him off.
