Wisconsin Anti Gun Group is Demanding Access To Personal Info of CCW Permit Holders

An anti gun group is demanding that Wisconsin publicly release the personal information of almost 100,000 concealed carry permit holders. The group says they want to verify that people being issued permits really are law abiding citizens. This is in spite of the fact that every concealed carry permit applicant has a thorough background check run on them. It’s even against the law in WI for law enforcement to ask if a citizen has a permit unless it’s relevant to an investigation.
