Anderson Cooper debates NRA President David Keene on expanding background check laws.

Cooper brings the standard anti gun emotion to the debate, “when kids are dying and people are being shot needlessly and people are committing suicide with weapons at a high rate, isn’t time of the essence.”

Anderson, if you can point me to one mass shooting where the weapons used were acquired through a currently legal private sale I might be more inclined to listen to you.

Cooper is certainly less aggressive than Piers Morgan or Chris Matthews, but he still doesn’t make a good argument.
