Over 60k People Sign Petition to Deport Piers Morgan Over Attack on Second Amendment
With several pro and anti gun petitions popping up on the White House’s official petition website, perhaps the most amusing is a petition to deport CNN talk show host Piers Morgan over his constant attacks on the Second Amendment from his nationally televised talk show.
The petition has amassed over 61,000 signatures in just a few days.

While the prospect of deporting Morgan is amusing, the petition also serves as a referendum on firearm ownership in the US.
It is obvious support for the Second Amendment remains strong.
While Morgan is likely not going anywhere anytime soon, we certainly wouldn’t mind if he decided to pack up.
Although we aren’t sure his native land would have him back if Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson’s comments are any indication.
