Law Abiding Man’s Guns Confiscated in CA Due To Wife’s Voluntary Mental Hospitalization

According to TheBlaze.com, a man in CA, who, as far as can be determined, is law abiding and has no history of mental illness had his 3 guns confiscated by state agents in bullet proof vests because, wait for it, his wife voluntarily checked herself into a mental facility due to complications with medication she was taking.

The prohibited person can’t have access to a firearm” regardless of who the registered owner is, Michelle Gregory, a spokeswoman for the attorney general’s office, told to Bloomberg News.

The CA Senate just last week approved a bill that would dedicate funding to expediting these types of gun confiscations.
