Former Officer Daniel Harless, Who Threatened CCW Holder, Suing Former Department/City, Claiming PTSD

Harless was fired from his position for threatening the life of a CCW holder in Ohio.

Now Harless is involved in a lawsuit with his former department and city. Harless is claiming he suffers from Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and is demanding worker’s compensation, temporary and permanent disability, vacation pay, compensatory time pay and sick pay. Harless says he earned the vacation, compensatory and sick pay legitimately during his time as a police officer and it is owed to him.
