FL Mother Pays $12,000 Out of Pocket for Armed Guard at Daughter’s School

Apparently there are a lot of people who think the NRA’s prposed plan of putting more armed guards into schools isn’t so crazy after all.

Just a week after President Obama signed an executive order that would allocate billions of dollars of funding for more armed guards at schools, a FL mother is taking matters into her own hands.

Her daughter’s school district wasn’t going to be able to get approval for funding a sheriff’s deputy at her daughter’s elementary school, so the mother wrote the school board a $12,000 check to cover the security until the school board could cover the costs themselves.
