Mr. Quander espouted this same position while reigning over CSOSA and prevented the probation officers (CSOs) from being armed despite servicing the most dangerous offender population in the nation. This mirrors his faulty “what works” offender management concept.

He enjoys the protection of DC Police security while out and has a compliment of DC Protective Service Police to protect him while in his respective castles.

Mr. Quander also fails to appreciate the documented fact that in jurisdictions where law abiding citizens are allowed to exercise their right to be armed for self defense out of their homes shows a much lower crime rate.

It sounds to me like Mr.Paul Quander is a frikkin WHIMP anyway,I carry an M1911-A1 and yes I will use it if I have to,If more people carried weapons it just might cut down on crime,of course if the Police were allowed to do their jobs the way their trained,without politicians who don’t have a clue interfering we would be a lot better off too,I could go on and on but that’s enough for now,oh one more thing,Mr. Quander get the hell out of office we don’t need you

Glad I live in the great state of Texas! That moron has no idea what is like to be robbed of everything. Somebody walks into my house looking to take everything my wife and I have worked for has another thing coming! When I’m at work and my wife and kids are home alone I’m glad my wife knows how to use a 12 gauge shotgun and a .40 cal glock full of hollow-points! I guess real people with real life situations should run for office and maybe turn this country back around like its supposed to be.

Ok, So if you’ve survived your encounter, Where do you go to buy the Dignity, and Self-Esteem/respect that were stolen from you?? Nowhere that I know of…
I’d rather die defending myself, then survive as a less-then-nothing shell of a person, afraid of my own shadow, and ashamed for my shadow to see me…
