The Associated Press is reporting that all cell phone service in the Boston area has been cut off to prevent further remote detonations of explosive devices.

If you are trying to reach loved ones don’t be alarmed if you can’t get through at this time.

While we understand the need to do this, isn’t it kind of scary that the government can completely cut off all communication sources in an area in a matter of minutes?

Thoughts and prayers with the people of Boston, the victims, their families and the first responders.
