Canadian Actor Jim Carrey Implies Lives of “Assault Rifle” Owners Not Worth Protecting

I’ll just let this screenshot of movie star Jim Carrey’s tweet speak for itself.

Apparently Carrey is implying that the owners of semi automatic rifles lives aren’t worth protecting.

Just a note, assault rifles are defined as being capable of fully automatic fire. These types of weapons are extremely regulated and extremely expensive, making them almost unattainable and extremely rare. Carrey is probably referring to modern sporting rifles which are guns designed to look like military weapons, but function like any other civilian rifle.
