Will Hayden, one of the stars of the Discovery Channel show “Sons of Guns” has been arrested on child molestation charges in Louisiana.

According to Fox News,

The arrest came after a woman accused Hayden of molesting his own daughter.

The reality star was released the following day after posting a $150,000 bond, his lawyer Frank Holthaus told us.

Holthaus said the allegations were made by a fired ex-employee seeking revenge.

“I believe [the allegations] are completely false,” he said.

Hayden’s daughter issued a statement on her Facebook page calling the accusations false (this is not the daughter named in the charges),

Guys, You deserve an answer to your question. This was a false allegation and unfortunately that’s all it takes. My father is a good man, and ALL of his children love him very much and are truly sickened that a person would try to do this to our family. Its not right. You see the love we have for our family. Please don’t believe the headline, READ the rest, even the full story states its not true.

The one thing that really hurts us is that my sister is heartbroken that anyone could think this of her father. Its a nightmare…please stand with us.

Hayden also spoke with TMZ, rebuffing the charges:

Hayden tells TMZ his ex-girlfriend, and mother to one of his daughters, went to cops more than a week ago and accused him of molesting their child. He claims the woman did it in retaliation for him ending their relationship.

Hayden also says the daughter — who he is raising with his new wife — was interviewed by Child Protective Services and returned to his home. He says he is fully cooperating with authorities.

We’d like to remind people that under our judicial system you are innocent until being found guilty in a court of law. It sounds like there are certainly multiple sides to this story.
