If you’ve been following our Words Of Wisdom with Joe Biden series you’ve probably seen Joe’s interview where he advised a concerned mother that she didn’t need an AR-15 for home defense, and that she should do what he told his wife to do if there was an intruder, take her double barreled shotgun out on the porch and fire two blasts.

Here’s the video in case you haven’t seen it.

Now USNews is reporting that advice, if followed, could land Biden’s wife in jail under Delaware law.

Charges for acting as Joe advised could result in aggravated menacing, a felony, and reckless endangering in the first degree. There could also be a charge for discharging a firearm inside city limits or within so many feet of a road.

Maybe Joe should consult with Eric ‘Fast and Furious’ Holder before giving self defense advice on video again.
