Best Wedding Present Ever? Brad Pitt Builds Angelina Jolie a $400,000 Shooting Range and Armory in France

According to The Sun, Brad Pitt has given Angelina Jolie the coolest wedding present in the history of wedding presents – her own private shooting range and armory.
The range ran a reported £250,000 (just under $400,000) and was built at their Miraval estate in southern France.
The range also comes complete with an armory for the storage of toys to be used on the range. It also sports popup human targets.
Isn’t the traditional one year anniversary present .50 BMG?
In 2008, Jolie told the U.K.’s Daily Mail, “I bought original, real guns of the type we used in ‘Tomb Raider’ for security. Brad and I are not against having a gun in the house, and we do have one. And yes, I’d be able to use it if I had to … If anybody comes into my home and tries to hurt my kids, I’ve no problem shooting them.”

Looks like she needs someone to show her the right way to mount that sight on the rifle
It backwards
I’m available
Better look again, Chris. It’s mounted correctly.
This would be just as cool over here in America, why France? Is it just cool in France to be a gun owner if your part of the Elite?
Hope her firearms can survive the proverbial French drop
Thousands of French soldiers have served alongside US forces in Afghanistan. French sailors are hunting pirates off Somalia.
And a pathetic little ass like “Siihpaap” has never served a day in any military.
The French military has always been force to be reckoned with. French politicians on the other hand. . . .
Did Bruce Willis mount her optics?
French Military? Whats that?
Haha, you are all just jealous, as am I. Brad, build me a range and outfit it also please
But then Brad Pitt is a liberal Democrat who supports a party that doesn’t think people should be able to own guns for self defense… especially not the ones I am sure he bought for his new range. Guns are only for the elite liberal democrats, not common folk.
I wasn’t always a big fan of hers but this garners a bit of my respect. Good for her.
If the scope is not mounted backwards, then the lens covers are backwards. The cover on the forward end of the scope is supposed to be on the aft end of the scope (the red release button is the visual clue). The cover on the aft end of the scope is supposed to be on the forward end of the scope (small tab sticking out from the side of the open cover is the visual clue).
OK, enough about the sight. What about the rifle? What is it?
Well, it is pretty custom, but the forward assit is a dead give away. It’s a AR-15/M-16 type rifle. There are about a million different makers and a million more ways to customize them, but that forward assist is only found on that type of rifle. As far as the optics go, it’s most likely mounted correctly, but I’m not 100% as I’m not familiar with that exact make/model of scope. I can deffinately tell you that the covers are on both backwards and upside down. that’s fine in the front, but it’ll give you a problem with the charging handle on the backside…

and yes, it is on backwards.
