Husband to former congresswoman Gabby Giffords, Mark Kelly, acknowledged in a new interview with Jake Tapper’s CNN that gun control laws will not stop all mass shootings or school shootings (shown in video above).

Jake Tapper: “When you hear about ‘school shootings’ or other ‘mass shootings’ in public, what law can actually stop them?”

Mark Kelly: “You’re never going to stop all of them.”

Of course, mass shootings are extremely rare in the United States, despite the amount of media coverage they receive. You are far more likely to be killed doing any number of daily activities than you are to be killed during a mass shooting.

All of the measures being discussed by the anti-gunners would do far more to disarm law abiding citizens than they would to actually prevent a mass shooting.
